Life Is Not a Game
A film by Quentin Ménard
2 min - 2021 - France - French
Synopsis
On a Christmas morning, Jeanette and her grandson are playing Lotto Bingo. They live together and they have stayed up all night. Before going to bed, they play one very last game. The prize: an umpteenth Banco card to scratch. My grandmother tells me "life is not a game”. Behind the scenes, she also tells me " make the most of your life while you can". The camera crystallizes this moment that I never want to forget and which brings me back to the most important thing: spending time with the people I love.
