Mounia Meddour
Born in 1978, of Algerian background; Mounia Meddour first studied journalism then cinema in France where she graduated from the CEFP and the Fémis. She directed a first documentary entitled "Elementary Particles" (2007), then "The Kitchen in inheritance" (2009) and "Cinéma algérien, un nouveau souffle" (2011). "Edwige" is her first fiction short film.
