Rémy Bazerque is a film director who graduated from the fiction directing course at the National Film and Television School in 2012.
His work has been showcased and won awards at numerous film festivals including Raindance, the London Short Film Festival and Emden International Film Festival. His advertising ’Paranoid’ won the Firefox Flicks competition 2012 at the 65th Cannes International Film Festival. His NFTS graduation film ’Chemistry’ stars Lily James, Tom Riley and Al Weaver. He was shortlisted twice to screen at the BAFTA for the NFTS ’Stars of tomorrow’ (2010 and 2012).
Passionate about visual storytelling, Remy’s cinematic universe is made of off- beat ideas, wit and a distinctive lightness of touch.
Based between London and Paris, Remy is represented in the UK by Kirsten Beith at Undercranked and in the US by Eric Pertilla at Mosaic Media Group.
