A young man encounters his decade older self.
Justin Pechberty
Born in 1986, he directed his first short film in 2007, "Colisée". He has since made a second short, "Bosom" in 2008, which has been successful in festivals and TV. He co-directed "A chance Encounter" in 2013 with Samir Hamiche. During the same year, he also discovered stop motion and 2D animation for "Madame Butterfly", with Benjamin Lacombe. His next short film "Le Principe de Peter" won the first prize in the Lille European Film Festival Screenplay Contest.
Samir Hamiche
Born in 1983, french-algerian Samir Hamich studied digital creation and cinema in France and Canada. He first worked as an Assistant photographer, then as an Artistic director and motion designer at Fullsix digital communication agency, where he created and directed the Audiovisual Section. He had the opportunity to work on many digital commercials as motion designer, which were multi-awarded (World Luxury Award, Cannes Lion Advertising, FWA). He then joined McCann Advertising Agency in Paris, in charge of the Motion Design Department, where he directed several commercials for big companies (Nespresso, Michelin, Peugeot). "A Chance Encounter" is his first short film.
